We have chosen to provide licensed “non-medical” care for older adults that enables individuals to stay at home. (See Home Care 101 for differences in agencies.)
We provide home and hospital care, hourly or live-in care, skilled/licensed professionals (RN and LPN’s), professional care assessments, and hospital to home transition care.
A registered nurse is available to establish a plan of care, supervise care, do medication management and serve as liaison with doctors, hospital and family.
